Earlier this year, I was invited to mentor on the final NLP Diploma module of the Phil Parker Training Course, and this was one of the many quotes of the day that got me thinking.
For those of you who follow and know me, I bang on about self-talk ALOT. But there’s a good reason for it. Because the body IS always listening. When you think that we have around 60,000 thoughts a day- that’s ALOT of opportunities to influence our world for the better or worse.
Thoughts feed the body like water feeds the soil – and when the soil is healthy, everything else flourishes. If you keep telling yourself a negative story, whether it’s self-deprecating language or a negative thoughts about your outer world, it’s only going to make you feel crappy about yourself, crappy about life…and the body HEARS EVERYTHING.
Change your thoughts, feed your neurology and watch your physical health flourish.
