The specific approach I use is NLP therapy and hypnotherapy as, from my own life experience, I have found this to be the most effective in making change. Having also had my own mindful meditation practice over the years, with a Psychology degree, my coaching is influenced by a range of factors and I use a holistic approach tailored to each client.
Every issue is treated with sensitivity and an exploration of the surrounding issues and potential root causes. Once we have established an understanding of the issue, my top priority in every session is finding a way to move past the presenting issue and find a way forward.
Ultimately, my primary concern is getting you, and your life, back on track. You can expect to leave each session feeling motivated and equipped for the future.
Booking a session
If you’re interested in booking a session, I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation so you can better decide whether I would be the right person for you. Of course, there are no obligations to make a booking straight away. I have seen a lot of amazing results with the approach I use, but rapport and connection is vital in getting the most amount of change so, once we have had a phone catch up, please do have a think about whether I am the right practitioner for you and come back to me when you are ready.
First sessions generally last around 90 minutes and take place from my consulting room in Brighton/Hove or via Skype. Follow up sessions last an hour and home visits are available if required. Sessions can be booked individually or as a package. Concessionary rates are available for those on a lower wage – please contact me for more information.
